When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.

All packages are shipped via Aramex couriers, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. If your order is received after 10am on a Friday it will be shipped the next business day. once your order has been packaged you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.

Crystal Mountain cannot accept liability for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances and offers tracked shipping through Aramex Couriers, as signature required is not offered in all areas, we are unable to offer this option however a request for signature will be used when the order is over $100 and the option is available. Once the order is collected by the courier, we have no control over delivery due to this we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit or once delivered.

Black Amethyst

Black Amethyst is a trade name for a unique natural formation made up of a dark chalcedony base topped with a sparkling layer of tiny quartz crystals (known as druze). The deep black or charcoal colour comes from natural mineral inclusions, often including iron-based minerals such as goethite.

The fine crystal surface catches the light beautifully, creating contrast against the smooth, darker base underneath. Some pieces feature clear, crystals, while others show rich internal inclusions that add depth and character.

Each piece is naturally formed, meaning no two are exactly alike making Black Amethyst a distinctive and eye-catching addition to any collection or display.
