Will I receive the exact crystal shown in the photos?
Many of our crystals, minerals, fossils and jewellery pieces are one-of-a-kind, and in these cases the photos shown are of the exact item you will receive. these products will be labeled as Exact item on the product page.
For some products where multiple similar pieces are available, we may use a representative example image. these will be labeled as Representative Example on the product page.
Because crystals are natural formations, each piece will vary slightly in colour, shape, size and pattern while remaining similar in overall quality and appearance.
If you would like to see the exact piece currently available, feel free to contact us and our team will be happy to provide photos.
