Is there parking on site?
Yes, free parking is available at Crystal Mountain.
Do I need to book in advance?
Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking for birthday parties and large groups.

Are socks required to play on the Mystery Mt. Indoor Playground?
Yes, don't forget your socks as they are required. Socks are available to purchase at the Mystery Mountain Kiosk.
Can I bring external food and drinks to the Park and Café?
Due to our Food Safety Policy we do not allow external (Homemade or Store brought) into our Park and Café.
We do offer a wide variety of high quality Food and Drinks available to purchase from Café on the Rock and the Mystery Mountain Kiosk.
Online Shop FAQ's
Shipping
All packages are shipped via Aramex couriers, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. If your order is received after 10am on a Friday it will be shipped the next business day. once your order has been packaged you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Currently Aramex has a 7 day delay due to a surge in freight demands, your patience is appreciated.
Crystal Mountain cannot accept liability for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances and offers tracked shipping through Aramex Couriers, as signature required is not offered in all areas, we are unable to offer this option however a request for signature will be used when the order is over $100 and the option is available. Once the order is collected by the courier, we have no control over delivery due to this we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit or once delivered.
Can I buy online and collect in store?
Yes, local pickup is available. Select this option at checkout.

All orders are packed Monday - Friday excluding Public Holidays, so if your order is placed on the weekend after 3pm Friday your order will be pack the next Monday. Once your order has been packed, you will receive an email confirming you can come pick it up. Please wait until you have received the 'ready for collection' e-mail to avoid disappointment.
Collection times are Monday to Sunday 10am-4pm.

Due to the variety in school holiday dates, we use the dates that local Primary schools in our area use.
