Shipping

All packages are shipped via Aramex couriers, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. If your order is received after 10am on a Friday it will be shipped the next business day. once your order has been packaged you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Currently Aramex has a 7 day delay due to a surge in freight demands, your patience is appreciated.

Click & Collect

All orders are packed Monday - Friday excluding Public Holidays, so if your order is placed on the weekend after 3pm Friday your order will be pack the next Monday. Once your order has been packed, you will receive an email confirming you can come pick it up. Please wait until you have received the 'ready for collection' e-mail to avoid disappointment.

Collection times are Monday to Sunday 10am-4pm.

Cafe

Monday - Friday: 9am - 3pm
Weekends: 9am - 4pm

Park

Thursday - Friday: 10am - 3pm*
Weekends: 10am - 4pm*

What are your gallery, museum and cafe opening hours during School Holidays?

Gallery & Museum Monday - Sunday: 9am - 5pm

What Public holidays are you closed?

Christmas Day, Boxing Day (Observed Christmas & Boxing Day this year 27th & 28th December) & Good Friday ANZAC Day Open from 11am

We are OPEN ALL other Public Holidays.

Are socks required to play on the Mystery Mountain Indoor Playground?

Yes, don't forget your socks as they are required. Socks are available to purchase at the Mystery Mountain Kiosk.

Which School Holiday dates do you use?

Due to the variety in school holiday dates, we use the dates that local Primary schools in our area use.

Can I bring external food and drinks to the Park and Cafe?

Due to our Food Saftey Policy we do not allow external (Homemade or Store brought) into our Park and Cafe. We do offer a wide variety of high quality Food and Drinks available to purchase from Cafe on the Rock and the Mystery Mountain Kiosk.
